Triple-A
International League
The Norfolk Tides and the Columbus Clippers are tied 2-2 in their best of five series with the deciding fifth game scheduled for Monday.
The Clippers took game one 5-2, then the Tides bounced back for a 6-1 victory in game two. In the third game the Clippers gained an edge with a 6-2 victory but the Tides battled back in the series as they defeated the Clippers 6-5 on Sunday.
The Tides are seeking their first title since 1985 and sixth overall in franchise history. The Clippers are seeking their 10th overall title in franchise history.
Pacific Coast League
The Fresno Grizzlies go up against the Round Rock Express in game one of the league championship on Tuesday.
The Grizzlies are seeking their first league title as the Express are looking for their seventh overall title in franchise history and first since 2002.
Double A
Eastern League
The Bowie Baysox will match up against the Reading Fightin Phils on Tuesday as both teams look to take home the league title in their best of five series.
The Baysox are looking for their first league title as the Fightin Phils are seeking fifth title and first since 2001.
Southern League
The Chattanooga Lookouts took a 2-1 championship series lead over the Montgomery Biscuits in their best of five series with a 7-3 victory.
Both teams will battle in game four scheduled for Monday. The Lookouts are seeking their fifth overall title and first since 1988. The Biscuits are looking for their third overall title with last one in 2007.
Texas League
The Midland RockHounds go up against the NW Arkansas Naturals in game one of the best of five championship series scheduled to start on Tuesday.
The RockHounds are looking for second straight league title and fifth overall in franchise history. The Naturals are seeking fourth title in franchise history.
Class-A Advanced
California League
The San Jose Giants are battling the Visalia Rawhide to see who reaches the Final. On Saturday the Rawhide took a 1-0 lead in the series with a 6-5 victory. Both faced off on Sunday and battled to a 0-0 tie through seven innings before.
In the other semi final match, the High Desert Mavericks tied the series at 1-1 on Sunday against the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes with a 9-2 lopsided victory. In game one on Saturday, it took extra innings to decide the winner as the Quakes scored three runs in the bottom of the tenth to walk off the Mavericks on a home run.
Carolina League
On Sunday the Myrtle Beach Pelicans took a 1-0 lead in their best of five series again the Wilmington Blue Rocks, scoring the winning run in the top of the 10th, to defeat the Blue Rocks 3-2. Game two is scheduled for Monday.
Florida State League
The Charlotte Stone Crabs, who led the best of five series 2-1, defeated the Daytona Tortugas on Sunday 3-2, with a run in the bottom of the 13th inning to capture the league crown. Charlotte took home their first title as the Stone Crabs, but third overall in franchise history. The Tortugas were looking for their seventh title overall.
Class-A Full Season
Midwest League
The Cedar Rapids Kernals defeated the Peoria Chiefs two games to none to advance to the league championship. The Kernals await the winners of the West Michigan Whitecaps vs the Lansing Lugnuts as the series is tied 1-1 with the deciding game scheduled for Monday.
South Atlantic League
The Asheville Tourists will face off against the Hickory Crawdads in the best of five championship series with first game scheduled for Monday.
The Tourists look to capture their second title in a row and eighth overall. The Crawdads are seeking their third overall title with the last one in 2004.
Class-A Short Season
Northwest League
The Hillsboro Hops took game one of the championship series on Thursday, with a 2-1 victory over the Tri-City Dust Devils. In game two, the Dust Devils battled back to tie the series at 1-1, with a 4-2 comeback victory.
The Hillsboro Hops look to repeat as champions as they last took the title in 2014, and fifth crown overall. The Tri-City Dust Devils are looking for their second league title with the last one in 1994.
On Sunday both teams faced off with the title on the line and
New York Penn League
The West Virginia Black Bears and the Staten Island Yankees will battle for the league title with game one of the best of three series starting on Monday.
The Black Bears are in their inaugural season as they look for their first ever title and the Yankees are seeking their seventh league title with the last one in 2011.
Rookie Ball

Pioneer League
The Missoula Osprey faced off against the Idaho Falls Chukars in game one of the league championship series on Sunday.
The Osprey out-scored the Chukars 17-9 en-route to the victory as they seek their fourth title in franchise history, and first since 2012.
As for the Chukars, they have won three Pioneer League titles with the last one in 2013.
Both teams face-off for game two of their three game series, on Tuesday with first pitch scheduled for 9:05 pm.
Appalachian League
The Greenville Astros took on the Princeton Rays in the final game of their best of three game championshop seroes on Tuesday September 8th and the Astros walked away with the crown after defeating the Rays 8-7.
In the previous two games, both teams split with the Rays taking game one 12-2, and the Astros battling back with a late rally to take game two 10-8.
The Astros have now won three league titles, with the last being in 2004. The Rays have not won a title since the 1994 season.
